The context

Push Push Services cleaned more than 550 parking spaces across four levels at CAPREIT’s residential building at 2250 Guy Street in Montréal.

The work combined pressure washing, cleaning with a 32-inch automatic floor scrubber and targeted treatment of engine oil stains in the parking spaces.

Three complementary cleaning methods

Our team used several cleaning methods for this project:

  • Pressure washing of parking garage surfaces.

  • Mechanized floor cleaning with a 32-inch automatic scrubber.

  • Targeted treatment of engine oil stains in parking stalls.

Practical support for property managers

Cleaning a multi-level parking garage is a separate project from routine janitorial work. This completed mandate adds to our experience with CAPREIT in janitorial services, commercial cleaning and building maintenance.

Our role is to provide reliable support for everyday needs and individual projects. Property managers can discuss a range of maintenance needs with our team and establish the scope of each request.
